One-time transfer allowed up to 7 days before start.
Provider reserves right to cancel due to low enrollment.
Full refund if provider cancels.
Force majeure exceptions considered on case-by-case basis.
Registration to this course ends two weeks before the first day of class. Upon registering you will be shipped the necessary materials and equipment you will be using throughout the course.
We request that you cancel at least 2 weeks or more before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may email us at info@neurotopia.net to cancel.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than two weeks before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within the two weeks prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund minus 20% of the course fee.
